Leaders and teams that manage the complex, often competing set of responsibilities of an integrated marketing communications (marcom) team in a nonprofit, government agency, or professional association. You manage everything from brand awareness to strategic communications, and from growth marketing to internal communications. This holistic breadth of responsibility can pull you in every direction and demands both resourcefulness and focus. It also invites a lot of opinions about what your team SHOULD be doing and is an ideal fit for the Value Pivot system.

It's also a great fit for integrated communications teams managing an equally broad reach of responsibilities and channels to manage, though not inclusive of marketing.
